Account deletion

1. From the app

1. Sign in and open Profile → Preferences.
2. In “Your personal data” you can first download a copy of your data.
3. Tap “Delete account”, type DELETE and confirm.
4. You receive an email confirmation once the request has been carried out.

2. Without signing in

Email admin@mtdigitalservices.net with the subject “Account deletion”, from your account email address, stating the organization you work for. Do not send passwords or identity documents: if further verification is needed, we will ask.

3. What is deleted

1. Account access, credentials and active sessions.
2. Profile, photo, preferences, devices registered for notifications and PIN code.
3. Personal AI assistant memory and preferences, and personal conversations with the assistant.
4. In documents and operations that remain with the organization, your name is replaced by an anonymous reference where there is no duty to keep it.

4. What may be kept

If you work for a customer organization, it is the controller of work data and may be legally required to keep attendance records, contracts, payslips, signed documents and food-safety checks. These remain with the organization, with restricted access, for the period required by the law of its country; we tell you which data remain and why.

Invoices and payment data are kept for tax periods. Security and operation logs are kept up to 24 months, email and notification logs up to 12 months. Backup copies are overwritten according to the provider’s cycle.

Deleting your account does not delete the organization, other users or their data. Closing an organization or a subscription is requested separately by its administrator.

5. Timing

We carry out the request within one month of receipt. For complex requests this may be extended by two months: we tell you so within the first month, with the reason. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
