Feature
Digital HACCP: log, temperatures and reports
Replace notebooks and sign-off sheets with a digital log: every record carries a date, time, author and optional photo evidence.
Why paper logs no longer hold up
Filled in after the fact
Sheets get completed at the end of the week, so they document nothing real.
No proof of who did what
Initials on paper do not show who actually performed the check.
Impossible to search
Finding one specific day of temperatures means flicking through months of binders.
How it works
1. Configure control points
Fridges, cold rooms, blast chillers and cleaning areas with thresholds and frequencies.
2. Your team logs from mobile
Temperatures, cleaning and non-conformities with photo evidence in a few taps.
3. Export the report
PDF report per period and location, ready to hand over during an inspection.

Frequently asked questions
Is a digital log valid?
Regulations require the self-monitoring plan to be documented and verifiable: a digital log with date, time and author meets that requirement and is harder to dispute than paper.
Can I attach photos?
Yes, photos are compressed client-side and attached to the record, with a dedicated appendix in PDF reports.
What happens if a check is skipped?
The task becomes "missed" and stays in history instead of piling up and distorting statistics.
Do I need a stable connection?
A connection is needed to save; the interface is designed for slow mobile networks and small screens.
Can reports be emailed?
Yes, HACCP reports can be generated on a schedule and sent with the PDF attached.
