For bars and coffee shops
Bar and coffee shop management software
Split shifts, opening and closing checklists, stock levels and the HACCP log — all from the phone your barista already carries.
What complicates the day behind the counter
Rotas that change weekly
Part-timers, split shifts and swaps make the printed rota obsolete in two days.
Stock managed by eye
Milk, coffee and fresh products run out at the worst possible moment.
Closing checklists never signed
You cannot tell whether the counter was really sanitised, or by whom.
How it works
1. Set your time bands
Split and part-time shifts are planned with rest and maximum hour checks.
2. Build your checklists
Opening, closing and sanitation become recurring tasks with an owner and a time.
3. Keep stock under control
Minimum thresholds and critical stock alerts warn you before you run out.
