Feature
Shift planner for hospitality
Build the week with drag and drop, with automatic checks on rest periods and maximum hours and labour cost always in view.
Why the paper rota wastes time
No limit checks
Missed rest periods and excess hours only surface on the payslip.
Invisible labour cost
Rotas get published without knowing what the week actually costs.
People across locations
Staff working two sites can be double-booked with nobody noticing.
How it works
1. Set up teams and job tags
Departments, roles and skills define who can cover what.
2. Build the week
Drag shifts, duplicate template weeks and handle shifts running past midnight.
3. Publish with checks on
Cross-location conflicts, rest periods and hour limits are flagged before publishing.
