For chains and franchises
Software for restaurant chains and franchises
The same standards in every site, comparable data and cascading permissions from the organisation down to each location.
The multi-site problem
Every site works its own way
Different procedures make it impossible to compare results or replicate what works.
Patchy compliance
Some sites record everything, others almost nothing — and you only find out after an inspection.
Unmanageable permissions
Area managers, site directors and staff need different views of the same data.
How it works
1. Define standards at organisation level
Roles, permissions, job tags and HACCP presets are configured once.
2. Locations inherit and adapt
Each site starts from the standard and can apply controlled overrides.
3. Compare performance
Dashboards and reports benchmark compliance, labour cost and production across sites.

Frequently asked questions
Can an area manager see multiple locations?
Yes, access is granted per location and permissions can be inherited or overridden.
Do franchised sites stay independent?
Each location owns its operational data; head office sees what it is allowed to see.
Can common procedures be enforced?
Yes, through presets applied when a location is created or later.
How does billing work?
You pay per active location, so cost grows with the network and not before.
Can I add sites over time?
Yes, new sites are created from the admin area and start from existing standards.
