Comparison
Alternative to high-fee HACCP software
Most HACCP tools charge a premium per site and cover compliance only. Staff, purchasing and costs stay outside, on other subscriptions.
What does not add up
You pay for compliance alone
Logs, temperatures and cleaning are covered; the rest of the day runs on other tools.
Locked hardware
Terminals and printers often come as mandatory rental, outside the advertised price.
Long contracts
Multi-year commitments with automatic renewal make switching hard.
Weak group view
With ten sites you want one screen showing who is compliant, not ten logins.
How we handle it
1. Full HACCP, no add-on
Temperatures, cleaning, deliveries, batches and expiry, non-conformities and signed reports are in the plan.
2. Labels on printers you own
Print over Wi‑Fi or cable to common label printers, or fall back to A4 adhesive PDF. No forced rental.
3. Compliance from real work
The app that records shifts, orders and costs also produces the logs: no double entry.
