How stores order and receive panettoni through a dedicated link and a PIN, without an account.
Each store has its own link: whoever opens it enters their PIN to send an order or confirm a delivery.
In Production → Store links add first name, last name and a 4–6 digit PIN, and choose the stores they work in. Every order and receipt carries their name.
Open the link, pick date and quantities in «New order», check the summary and confirm with the PIN. «Incoming» lists the store’s shipments: expected quantities are prefilled, adjust with − and +, confirm with the PIN. «History» shows past orders.
Revoke it and generate a new one. After 5 wrong PINs the link locks for 10 minutes.
Do store staff need an account?
No: the store link and their PIN are enough.
