What you can do without a signal in a cellar or storeroom and how KlyraOS syncs everything once you are back online.
Cellars, walk-in fridges and basement storerooms often have no signal: KlyraOS is built to keep working in these conditions and to line everything up as soon as the connection returns. Understanding how sync works keeps you from losing work done offline.

The most common tasks on the ground remain available offline: logging HACCP checks and temperatures, scanning a batch QR code, recording a loss in inventory. The app saves the action locally on the device and shows an indicator that data is pending upload.
Some operations cannot happen offline because they touch data shared in real time with other people: sending an order to a supplier, publishing a shift, or clocking in from Station. If the signal is missing in these cases, the app clearly warns that the action has not been completed.
As soon as the device finds a connection again, KlyraOS automatically sends every action accumulated offline, in the order it happened. If two people changed the same data while both were offline, the app flags the conflict and asks which version to keep, instead of silently overwriting it.
Can I log an HACCP temperature in the cold room without a connection?
Yes, it is saved on the device and synced automatically once the connection returns.
Do I risk losing data if I close the app offline?
If you close the app normally the data stays saved; just avoid force-stopping it during synchronisation.
How do I know an action has already synced?
The pending icon next to the action disappears once the data has been sent to the servers.
