Find out which questions you can ask the assistant about stock, expiry dates, shifts and costs, and how it reads KlyraOS data.
KlyraOS Assistant is a conversational helper connected to your site’s real data: stock, expiry dates, shifts, recipes and costs. You can ask it in plain language instead of browsing several screens, and it returns up-to-date figures with the source they come from.

You can ask how many bottles of a wine are left in stock, which batches expire in the next three days, who works tomorrow evening in the kitchen, or what the food cost of a recipe is. The assistant reads the same data you see in the dedicated sections, so answers reflect the site’s current state.
The more specific the question, the more useful the answer: mentioning the site, the period or the product helps the assistant narrow the search. If you work across several sites, always specify which one you mean.
The assistant does not invent data: if information does not exist in KlyraOS, it says so instead of guessing. It does not replace a manager’s judgement on complex operational decisions.
Every conversation stays available, so you can find a past answer or calculation without asking again.
Can the assistant tell me how much a dish costs?
Yes, it can calculate a recipe’s food cost based on registered ingredients and the most recent purchase prices.
Can I ask about several sites at once?
Yes, if you have access to multiple sites, but it is clearer to specify which site you mean to avoid ambiguous aggregated answers.
Can the assistant see data I would not normally see?
No, it only answers with data your role already has access to: it never bypasses assigned permissions.
