Klyra never lets an action with real impact go through without human control: the assistant can propose and prepare an operation, but it is always up to you to approve or edit it before it becomes effective. This applies in particular to anything involving suppliers.
How a proposal works
When you ask for something that requires an action, for example "prepare a restock for flour", the assistant builds a draft with suggested quantities and shows it before proceeding. Nothing is sent without your approval.

The assistant never sends an order to a supplier on your behalf: it can only prepare a restocking request, which stays a draft until you review and confirm it yourself from the suppliers section.
