KlyraOS never lets an action with real impact go through without human control: the assistant can propose and prepare an operation, but it is always up to you to approve or edit it before it becomes effective. This applies in particular to anything involving suppliers.
When you ask for something that requires an action, for example "prepare a restock for flour", the assistant builds a draft with suggested quantities and shows it before proceeding. Nothing is sent without your approval.
The assistant never sends an order to a supplier on your behalf: it can only prepare a restocking request, which stays a draft until you review and confirm it yourself from the suppliers section.
Besides restocking, the assistant can prepare a suggested label print or flag an overdue HACCP task, always leaving the final confirmation step to you.
A wrong or duplicate order has a real cost: that is why KlyraOS always requires a human step before any action involving suppliers, quantities or spending.
Can the assistant send an order to a supplier without asking me?
No, it can never do that: at most it prepares a draft request that stays pending until you confirm it.
What happens if I do not confirm an assistant proposal?
It stays a draft with no effect: you can ignore, edit or delete it at any time.
Can I turn off the assistant’s ability to propose actions?
Yes, if you have the permission you can limit the assistant to informational answers only, without operational proposals.
