Changing or cancelling your Klyra subscription
How to move to a different plan, pause a module or cancel the subscription and what happens to your data.
Changing plan or cancelling the subscription is reversible in most cases, but it requires some care to avoid disrupting your daily operations. This guide explains what to consider before confirming.
Changing plan
Upgrading is immediate and unlocks new features right away. Downgrading instead requires checking that no module or feature in use would be disabled, to avoid losing access to active data or processes without notice.
Cancelling the subscription
Cancellation is done from the subscription section and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle: until that date the app remains fully functional. No automatic charge occurs after the cancellation date.
- Cancellation is not immediate: it applies until end of cycle
- You can undo the cancellation until it takes effect
- No charges after the end-of-service date
What happens to your data
After cancellation your organisation data stays kept for a period defined in the privacy and security policy, so you can still export it or reactivate the account if you change your mind. After that period, data is permanently deleted, unless longer legal retention obligations apply.

Problemi frequenti
- You cancelled by mistake → you can undo the cancellation until the end of the billing cycle, from the same subscription section.
- A module you used is missing after downgrading → the lower plan does not include it → re-enable it individually or revert to the previous plan.
- Data is no longer visible long after cancellation → once the retention period passes, data is permanently deleted → always export before cancelling if you will need it later.
- Cancellation does not appear confirmed → check the confirmation email sent to the billing address, it may be in spam.
Domande frequenti
If I cancel now, do I lose access immediately?
No, access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I reactivate the subscription after cancelling?
Yes, if you are still within the data retention period you can reactivate without losing your history.
Does downgrading make me lose historical data?
No, data stays visible, but features not included in the new plan are no longer accessible until you re-enable them.
