Choosing a Klyra plan and enabling add-on modules
Compare available plans, see what is included and learn how to enable extra modules such as HACCP or POS.
Klyra is organised as a base plan plus add-on modules you enable as your business needs grow: HACCP, POS, production or HR features can be added only when you actually need them. Understanding what each plan includes keeps you from paying for unused features or hitting a surprise limit mid-service.
Plan and module structure
The base plan covers dashboard, shifts, clock-in, essential inventory and internal communication. Add-on modules such as advanced HACCP, Brother labels, production or connected POS are enabled separately and billed based on the number of sites or users involved.
Every module clearly shows, before activation, which features it unlocks and the impact on your monthly cost, so you decide with data in hand instead of a surprise.
How to enable a module
Enabling a module is immediate: from the subscription section, choose the module, confirm the sites involved, and the additional cost is applied on the next billing cycle or pro-rata depending on your organisation setup.
- Activation per single site or across the whole organisation
- Cost preview before confirming
- No interruption to already active service during activation
Changing plan later
You can upgrade at any time; downgrading or disabling a module requires first checking that no data or process depends on that feature, to avoid operational disruption.

Problemi frequenti
- You cannot see the subscription section → you lack billing management permission → ask the owner or an administrator to grant it or perform the action.
- An activated module does not show in the menu → the app needs a reload or a few minutes to propagate → sign out and back in.
- You enabled a module on the wrong site → contact support to correct the assignment before the next billing cycle.
- The shown cost does not match your expectations → check whether the calculation is per site or per active user, as the two criteria change the total.
Domande frequenti
Can I try a module before paying for it?
It depends on the module: some offer a trial period, check the module page before activating it.
Does the price change if I have several sites?
Yes, many modules are billed per active site: the total updates automatically when you add or remove one.
What happens if I disable a module?
The related features become inaccessible but historical data stays kept according to the policy described in privacy and security.
