Temperature checks are among the most frequent HACCP duties of the day. Klyra lets you log them by hand from the site tablet or receive them automatically from connected sensors, keeping a single history for every control point.
Manual reading
For every fridge, chiller or defined control point you can enter the temperature you read, with date and time recorded automatically. Entering it from Station takes a few seconds, designed to be done even during service.
If the value entered exceeds the configured threshold, Klyra immediately flags the anomaly and asks for the corrective action taken, so the event stays documented.
Automatic sensors
Where compatible temperature sensors are installed, readings flow directly into Klyra at regular intervals, without any staff action. This reduces the risk of missed checks and provides continuous coverage even outside opening hours.

Thresholds and corrective actions
